Welcome to Radiance Growth (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products (“Services”). By engaging with Radiance Growth, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

  • Radiance Growth provides marketing, lead generation, advertising, consulting, and related digital services.
  • Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are detailed in individual proposals, invoices, or service agreements.
  • We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

2. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable GST.
  • Payment schedules are as per invoice/contract terms.
  • Work will commence only after initial payment as agreed.
  • Late payments may attract interest/penalty as per applicable law.

3. Refund Policy

  • Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in a signed contract, all payments are non-refundable.
  • If performance-based refunds are agreed (e.g., pro-rata basis for targets not achieved), they will only be valid if the client has completed full agreed payment.
  • Partial or incomplete payments void any refund claims.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access (ad accounts, websites, emails, etc.) to enable service delivery.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., not sharing data, missing approvals) will not be considered service failures.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All creatives, landing pages, designs, videos, ad copies, and strategies produced remain the property of Radiance Growth until full payment is received.
  • Upon full and final payment, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.
  • Radiance Growth reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, client, and financial information.
  • This obligation continues even after termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Radiance Growth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of our services.
  • Marketing results depend on many external factors (market conditions, competition, client’s sales process, etc.), hence no guarantees of specific revenue or outcomes are made unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • Payments already made are non-refundable.
  • Outstanding dues remain payable immediately upon termination.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
